many participants with psychosocial disability will have a Recovery Coach. Preparation for employment and starting in a new workplace can be stressful. The Recovery Coach will be able to advise the employment provider and a prospective employer on how best to assist the participant to manage new or different stressors. The Recovery Coach can also ensure that other support and clinical services are responsive to the changes in the participant’s life as they commence employment and successfully engage in ongoing employment.

We center around the individual’s goals, needs, and preferences, making sure their voices are heard, their choices are respected, and their rights are safeguarded throughout the NDIS process.

We are here to guide each participant to ensure they have access to the supports and services they need, promoting their inclusion in the community.

We advocate for individuals by guiding them through the NDIS process, ensuring they fully understand their rights, entitlements, and access to the necessary supports and services.

For an effective support service, we work collaboratively with providers to guide the individuals, and their families to achieve shared goals.

We are passionate about providing safe, quality, and ethically driven services that prioritise the well-being of each individual we support.

As this is an ongoing process, which requires flexibility and adaptability to be able to meet the changing needs of individuals and the evolving
NDIS space.
Natalie has always been raised to be an independent strong-willed woman by her late mother, who loved the Superb Fairy Wren’s.
She has always recalled her mum talking about these tiny, beautiful, bright blue birds throughout her childhood and young adult years.
In the mid-2000s, after Natalie’s father passed away, her mother’s mental health
deteriorated, leading to diagnoses of PTSD, Dystonia, and early-onset dementia at the age of 53. Without hesitation, Natalie chose to become her mum's caregiver, as there was limited in-home assistance available and only aged care facilities for the over 65's. And sadly, passed away in 2016 at age 65.
Throughout this heartfelt journey, Natalie found that her passion for providing in-home care services to individuals with disabilities was truly crucial.
In late 2024, with more than 35 years of experience in the disability field, Natalie has built herself to become a well trusted, dedicated, and proactive independent Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach.
Driven by her passion for caring for her late mum and the love for the Superb Fairy Wren, she felt that naming the business ‘Blue Wren Pathways’ would be a perfect way to honor her late parents, which she founded in March 2025.

Natalie is known for her calming presence and loyal support. She brings a person-centred care shaped by her extensive experience and delivered with an encouraging, easy-going, pro-active approach, with being neurodivergent herself.
Natalie works closely with her participants, families & providers to make sure they get the support they need to remain safely and comfortably in their home and community, bring her personal and business skills to all that she meets.
